Banana "ice cream"

So as I scrolled through the 'eatforpeace' hashtag on Instagram all I could see were these amazing overflowing jars of something called 'nice cream' and I thought I had to try it, a friend had also said it was amazing too, now the first time I tried to make this it DID NOT go well, it was more like a smoothie then Ice cream, but well, the second time round it was PERFECT!

Ingredients:

3-4 frozen bananas
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
A splash of plant based milk

Any add ins!:

I had raisins and 85% choclate but you can out in anything you want

1. The night before making freeze your bananas, make sure you peel and cut up the bananas before freezing and make sure they are RIPE

2. In the morning take out your frozen bananas and place in a blender with your milk and keep blending until smooth (add milk until you reach your desired consistency)

3. Then add in your vanilla extract and blend

4. Scoop your ice cream out of the blender and mix in any add ins and enjoy!!

Raw chocolate sauce:

2tbsp coconut oil
1tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tsp agave

Melt your coconut oil (simply place in a glass of hot water and leave for a few minutes) and combine with the cacao podwer and agave  and top your ice cream with it before it hardens.
