Coconutty bliss balls (no dates!)

I love bliss balls, they are one of my favourite snacks....(the only problem is compared to people that will just have 1 I have around 5) but in most recipes to make bliss balls you need dates. But usually not just any dates. Medjool dates. Medjool dates are superior their taste is naturally caramelly so just one of them could cure sugary cravings, they are also perfect to use in pancakes, bars, cakes and needed for bliss balls! But sadly they are REALLY expensive and I can only get them every so often, so I created these date free bliss balls which are still sweet and decadent :)

Ingredients

1/2 a packet creamed coconut
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Tsp vanilla extract
A splash plant based milk
2 tsp agave or any liquid sweetener (honey, rice syrup)
2 tbsp raw cacao
3 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp chia seeds

1. Whisk the creamed coconut and Greek yogurt together in a bowl
2. When combined add in your liquid sweetner and vanilla extract and whisk again
3. Now put in your raw cacao and carry on mixing, if your mixture is  to thick and clumpy and you aren't able to roll into a ball add a splash of milk until it is a slightly creamy consistency but not to sticky.
4.now add in the raisins and chia seeds and mix with a spoon
5. Using your hands grab some of the mixture and roll into little balls
6. Now you have done this, put your coconut balls into the freezer for around 2 hours and then enjoy!

Note: I didn't note down the measurements whilst making these so this is more of a guestamation but you can't really go wrong.
